Satya infuses alignment, storytelling, chanting, and community-building into her classes. Satya has studied over 500 hours of yoga with Abby Tucker, Sianna Sherman, and Bridget Kramer Woods. Drawing from the traditions of Anusara Yoga, Acro Yoga, and Tantra, she empowers students to move mindfully while listening to their hearts.
This all-inclusive retreat includes two all levels yoga classes and three organic vegetarian meals a day. Morning sessions are a moderate to vigorous Hatha flow while evening sessions are gentle and restorative. Afternoons will be free for lounging in the sun, hiking, swimming or luxuriating in a massage.
